Baked Salmon with Asparagus
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
 - 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 lemon, thinly sliced
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Fresh dill or parsley, chopped (optional)
 
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season with salt and pepper.
 - Arrange asparagus around the salmon fillets. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and asparagus.
 - Sprinkle minced garlic over the salmon and place lemon slices on top.
 - Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
 - Garnish with fresh dill or parsley if desired before serving.
