Creamy Latte Cake

 Ingredients

- 200g cream cheese (such as Philadelphia)

- 250ml condensed milk

- 300ml whipping cream

- 300ml warm milk

- 1 tablespoon instant coffee or cappuccino powder

- Crushed biscuits (enough to sprinkle over the cake)

- 200g chocolate

- 60ml milk


Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, condensed milk, and whipping cream. Beat until smooth and creamy.


2. In a separate bowl, mix the warm milk with instant coffee or cappuccino powder until dissolved.


3. Dip the crushed biscuits into the coffee mixture and use them to line the bottom of a cake tin or serving dish.


4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the biscuit layer, spreading it out evenly.


5. Place the cake in the refrigerator to set for at least 4 hours or overnight.


6. Once the cake has set, melt the chocolate with the milk in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water, stirring until smooth.


7. Pour the chocolate sauce over the top of the cake, spreading it out evenly.


8. Return the cake to the refrigerator to chill until the chocolate layer is set.
