Easy Low-Calorie Pepperoni Sliders


 Ingredients

- 8 slider buns

- 2 pepperoni sticks (or about 60g of pepperoni slices)

- 2 tablespoons sugar-free barbecue sauce

- 50g light mozzarella cheese, shredded or thinly sliced


Method


1. Preheat Oven:

   - Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the slider bun package instructions.


2. Prepare Slider Buns:

   - Cut the slider buns in half horizontally and place them on an oven tray with the cut side facing up.


3. Prepare Pepperoni:

   - Cut the pepperoni sticks into thin slices. If using pre-sliced pepperoni, skip this step.


4. Sauce the Buns:

   - Spread sugar-free barbecue sauce evenly over the cut side of each slider bun half.


5. Add Cheese:

   - Sprinkle shredded or thinly sliced light mozzarella cheese over the barbecue sauce on each slider bun half, ensuring even coverage.


6. Layer Pepperoni:

   - Scatter the sliced pepperoni on top of the cheese, distributing it evenly across all sliders.


7. Bake Sliders:

   - Place the prepared sliders in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the sliders are heated through.


8. Remove from Oven:

   - Once the cheese is melted and the sliders are hot, remove them from the oven.


9. Serve:
